*Exclusive $20,000 Pilot Grant Opportunity (For Attendees Only)

The Brigham Research Institute’s Musculoskeletal Research Center invites BWH researchers with a faculty rank of Instructor and above to join the first in a series of networking sessions that the Center will host to enhance cross-collaborative research related to all aspects of musculoskeletal research. The goals of these sessions include:

• Providing a common forum for musculoskeletal clinicians and researchers from different departments/divisions/center in the hospital including Orthopaedic Surgery, Radiology, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, the Osher Center for Integrative Medicine and others to become familiar with each other’s areas of research/clinical expertise
• Promoting the exchange of ideas, information and resources between the participants
• Seeding potential collaborations between the participants especially those that establish a bridge between researchers and clinicians, between basic and translational investigators, between faculty from different departments/divisions/centers etc

As a follow-up to these sessions, the MSK Center will announces a competitive pilot grant in the amount of $20,000 that only the participants of these sessions seeking to establish the types of collaboration above will be eligible for. RFA will be disclosed at the first session in March. See below for information.

Lunch will be served at noon. The networking discussion will take place between 12:15 and 1:45 pm. We invite participants to stay back after the session and continue their interactions or leave early as necessary.

These sessions will have a limited number of spots available in order to facilitate a productive discussion. Register at the earliest!
