This month, RC LIVE will focus on two topics:

Preview of Postdoc Appreciation Week with Sourabh Soni, PhD, Interim President, BWH Postdoc Leadership Council
Join Dr. Sourabh Soni and the BWH Postdoc Leadership Council to celebrate our postdocs in anticipation of National Postdoc Appreciation Week (NPAW). They will announce the winners of the 2021 Postdoctoral Scholar Award for Excellence in Mentoring and give a preview of the events planned for the appreciation week (September 20 – 25). All postdocs are encouraged to join and get excited for NPAW!

Harvard Catalyst Profiles: What You Should Know
Harvard Catalyst Profiles is an NIH funded open source research networking software. Its many features facilitate research expertise mining, research collaboration and faculty administration. Jessica Zhang and Simone Biver-LeBlanc from Harvard Catalyst will introduce and demo this software to raise awareness, promote usage and identify user community needs.

RC LIVE events focus on announcements, resources and information relevant to the research community. There is a very robust list of standing attendees who come each month to be available to the research community to help them answer questions and navigate obstacles. The meetings are open to all and an excellent resource – these are intended to be the forum for PIs to find the answers to many of their questions. Come each month to hear the latest news from community leaders and ask your questions.

RC LIVE events are open to all researchers at MGB and are connected to the RC e-mail series. Each month, come by and listen to the latest news from BWH research community leaders and ask questions.
