Course Directors: Tanya Laidlaw, MD & Lindsey Robert Baden, MD
Introduction to Clinical Research Resources at the Brigham is a two-hour course that introduces the wide variety of clinical research resources available at the Brigham and MGB. Attendees will leave the course with 1) a sense of what clinical research resources are available to them at the Brigham/MGB, 2) contacts to reach out to for in-depth education and further support, and 3) several examples of current Brigham clinical research projects/careers.
The course (agenda below) showcases the career paths of three Brigham investigators before opening up to a town-hall-style Q&A session. Additional online resources will be provided after the live session on Sep 15, 2023. The live session on Sep 15, 2023 will also be recorded and distributed to those who register. Please bring all of your clinical research questions!
Target Audience
This course is intended for new and junior faculty, post-doctoral fellows, and advanced residents who would like to better prepare themselves to design and conduct their own clinical research studies at BWH. We will also welcome others in the BWH community who are interested in learning about clinical research.
