The ORC is proud to support our postdocs’ careers by providing a one-time free printing of 500 business cards for postdocs at BWH.

Eligibility and Restrictions

• Each postdoc is eligible for ONE order of business cards only during their appointment at BWH, regardless of their length of employment/affiliation with BWH or if they change laboratories or locations within BWH.
• Only postdoctoral fellows working in BWH laboratories under the direction of a BWH mentor are eligible for an order of business cards.
• Instructors are not eligible for this program.
• Requests will be processed in the order in which they are received.

General Information

One box of business cards contains 500 cards.

Approved orders usually take 3 to 4 weeks to fulfill, so please plan accordingly. 

Orders cannot be reprinted for typos or incorrect information, so PLEASE be sure to double-check your information for correctness before submitting.

If you need business cards at times when this program is not open, contact your PI, lab manager or administrator for assistance with ordering via the BWH online system.  The ORC will only process business cards for postdocs if the program is open.

The number of orders we can fulfill each year is limited.  Please consider allowing other postdocs to partake in this benefit if:

• You are nearing the end of your postdoctoral training.
• You are planning to leave BWH within the year.
• You already have business cards.
