Frank S. David, MD, PhD

Frank David is the founder and managing director of Pharmagellan, an advisory firm that focuses on biopharma R&D strategy, as well as Professor of the Practice of Biotechnology at Tufts University and an Innovation Strategist at the Brigham Research Institute. He is the lead author of drug industry handbooks on biotech financial modeling and clinical trials as well as research and analyses on biopharma strategy and policy. Frank previously worked in oncology R&D strategy at AstraZeneca and co-led the Transactional Consulting Practice at the healthcare investment bank Leerink Partners. Frank received his MD and PhD degrees from Columbia University and completed his residency in anatomic pathology at Brigham and Women’s Hospital.
