BWH Precision Medicine Program harnesses the power of big data in healthcare to maintain and restore health. The goal is to create decision support tools to provide patients and clinicians with easy-to-interpret, actionable information to make precise diagnoses and select the most effective, tailored treatment courses for individual patients across a given population. PMP brings together researchers and clinicians from fields, including genomics, proteomics, metabolomics, imaging and phenotypic data to gain a complete picture of an individual patient’s health, disease, and potential response to therapies.
