John P. Merrill, a leading pioneer in the fields of renal immunology and dialysis, was one of the key figures who led the world’s first successful kidney transplant in 1954 at the Peter Bent Brigham Hospital. In tribute to the life and legacy of Dr. Merrill, world-class scientists with exceptional, innovative, and transformative approaches to impactful research in the fields of transplantation, immunology, and bioengineering are invited to give presentations at the John P.
