Launching Successful Products: A Roadmap for Accelerated Product Development

This two-part seminar will discuss considerations that affect the success of innovations and a product development roadmap used in industry to accelerate time-to-market while simultaneously reducing risk. The seminar will discuss the iterative nature of product development, the verification and validation process, and how work done at academic institutions (early design development) stages can support the launch of a successful product.
