The BWH Postdoctoral Leadership Council is excited to launch the 2023 Annual Postdoc Survey, a key initiative designed to gather insights and feedback on your experiences at the Brigham.

The survey deadline has been extended to Monday, January 22, 2024. On completion of the survey, there will be a link to enter an optional free drawing for one of three $50 VISA gift cards as thank you for your time.

Your participation in last year’s survey was instrumental in bringing about positive changes to our postdoc community. Examples include a commitment to salary increases, no-cost health coverage, employer contribution to retirement savings plans, mandating annual career performance reviews, and GPS workshops on visas for international postdocs. Your input this year will be similarly vital for us and the hospital and departmental leadership to work on addressing current concerns, expanding resources, and creating new initiatives to enhance your professional and personal growth. We anticipate a strong response from our dedicated postdoctoral community.
