The BWH PLC Advocacy Committee is proud to launch our first annual Postdoc Survey to collect information on the needs and challenges faced by the BWH postdoc community. The survey is anonymous and all questions are optional.

Enter a drawing after filling out the survey for a chance to win one of three prizes!

The questions are designed to collect data on diverse areas, including finance, work environment, training quality, and visa sponsorship. The answers will help us work with the hospital leadership to address the most urgent, unmet needs to create a better experience for the postdoc community.
